  • 会员5604：杭州开元名都大酒店主楼大气上档次，门口就有地铁站，周边有万象汇、恒隆广场，交通购物都十分方便，酒店干净整洁，员工态度和蔼，有问必答，入住退房都比较方便快捷，住的31层看出去视野开阔，虽然也没什么好的风景，都是高楼大厦。假期里的早餐一早去都还没有做出来，和负责人反应后，反馈还算迅速，在此要特别感谢表扬一下那位男性负责人（遗憾忘记问姓名了），虽然我住了2天，一天也没有吃的那里的特色煎饺（要排队每人3只），但是但是那里的油条特别特别的好吃，师傅的手艺超赞超赞。酒店的周边吃饭的店家非常多，好吃的也众多，所以住在这里还是各方面都极其方便的。
